UK and IRELAND

 

We strive to ship orders quickly, usually within 1-3 working days, but if any items are out of stock, it may take up to 2-3 weeks. In such cases, we will keep you informed through email.

 

INTERNATIONAL

We have shipped our products to numerous countries worldwide, and we typically dispatch orders within 1-3 working days. Estimated delivery timeframes are approximately 5-10 working days to Europe, 10-15 working days to North America, and 15-20 working days to Asia.

 

However, please note that VAT and/or customs fees vary depending on the destination country and are not included in our product prices. Therefore, we recommend double-checking your country's VAT and customs policies before placing an order to avoid unexpected charges.

 

We do not have any control over these charges and cannot collect them in advance. The shipping service, whether it's UPS, DHL, or your local postal service, will typically contact you to pay for any VAT/customs fees before delivering your package. This charge may also include a brokerage fee, which is the cost charged by the carrier to process your order through customs.

 

It's important to keep in mind that estimated shipping times are just estimates and not guarantees. While most packages reach their destination safely and promptly, there are some instances where transit delays may cause packages to arrive a few days or weeks later. Your patience during such instances is greatly appreciated.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any of our chastity devices. We take the safety and well-being of our customers very seriously, and therefore we cannot resell any product that has been worn or used in any way.
